Jemison started his journey in the health and wellness field in 2012 as a personal trainer. As a personal trainer he customized training programs for his clients according to their needs, which included many corrective exercises. As he became more interested in correcting dysfunction in his client’s

movements, he found himself signing up for massage therapy school. He has now been a massage therapist for over nine years. He is not a cookie cutter therapist. 

He still custom designs each session for his client’s needs and goals. His goal is to get you out of pain using many modalities including:

• Scraping or Gua Sha
• Neuromuscular
• Myofascial
• Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques

Physiokinetix was designed to bridge the gap between personal training and massage therapy while creating more mobility and stability aimed at helping you achieve a pain free life. 

Whether you are an athlete, a weekend warrior, or simply tired of living with that nagging hip or shoulder pain, it is his goal to asses and address your needs and come up with a plan to have you living pain free.
